Brighton City Meats is a long-time dream come true for butcher Mark Richardson.
Since BCM's humble beginnings in 2011, Mark has gone on to proudly employ his three sons full-time...
As well as two other full time butchers, two casual semi-retired butchers, a new apprentice, and two clean up kids. It's a full house!
Rounding out Mark's dream is his beautiful farm just out of Mount Compass, in the Fleurieu Peninsular. His property runs between 20-30 cows, producing high quality, grass-fed yearling beef.
